These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and functionality on this site and they do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time and you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions each time you make and place an order. Please ensure that you are familiar with our current terms and conditions. JawBrew.co.uk is an online shop owned & operated by The Jaw Brewery Limited, company number; SC470335.
You will be able to check and change the contents of your order up to the point that you click the ‘place order’ button. After this point, we will acknowledge your order by email, which will contain your order reference number along with a detailed list of items in your order. Only once payment has been received will there be a legally binding contract between us. If we need to cancel or decline your order for whatever reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. The information we use to assess the validity of your payment method will be relayed to us as a straight-forward decision by our payment processing partner (PayPal) who may have accessed credit reference and fraud detection processes in conjunction with your card issuer to authorise your transaction. Should your payment be refused for any reason, you will need to contact your card issuer or bank in the first instance, or pay by another method.
In keeping with the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. By placing your order on JawBrew.co.uk and accepting our Terms and Conditions as set out in this document, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to verify this information. If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be 18 years old or more.
Bottles, labels, glassware and clothing can vary slightly in appearance from the photography on our website. Also, glasses may sometimes contain small air-bubbles – this is a normal part of the manufacturing process and does not constitute a faulty product.
Should you wish to make an amendment to your order, please reply to the acknowledgement or order confirmation email, including your order reference number along with the changes you would like to make. If your order has already been despatched, we will not be able to make any changes and you will need to return the items to us in accordance with our current Returns Policy. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on this website are shown in UK pounds sterling and include and VAT payable at the current UK VAT rate. However, they do not include delivery charges, which can be found on our delivery and shipping page. All prices and offers are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable for whatever reason, we may contact you to offer an alternative. All information contained on this website should be accurate, however should it contain errors and this affects your order, we reserve the right to cancel or refund your order as a result. We accept payment via PayPal or a valid Credit/Debit Card as set-out in the accepted card-types on the PayPal website. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery is normally completed within 2-3 business days. However, at certain times of the year, this may take longer for reasons beyond our control. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take longer than to the rest of the UK. All deliveries will require a signature and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to receive your order. If you are out or unavailable when the courier attempts your delivery, you will receive a card informing you of your options for re-delivery. Should the courier be unable to deliver your items, and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to request further payment for re-delivery.
Delivery is a flat-charge of £9 to the UK for most orders. However, we reserve the right to contact you and request further payment if you order is substantial enough to require a higher rate of shipping. We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.
All parcels will be sent by courier. Jaw Brew Limited do not accept any responsibility for missing orders for reasons beyond our control.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Returns, cancellations and refunds
If your order is incorrect or your items arrive broken or damaged, we will arrange to replace the item(s) or refund your order. The cost of returning or replacing damaged or faulty items will be covered by us, however items or products damaged maliciously will not be refunded.

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If you are unable to verify the condition of your order at the time you sign for the delivery, please mark it as “unchecked” or “damaged”.
Please let us know within 3 days of delivery if your order is incomplete.
Please let us know within 7 days if your order is incorrect. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cooling Off Period
You have seven days starting from the day the goods are received to post them back to Jaw Brew Limited. The end of the seven day period is measured from the date of posting rather than the date we receive your items. Please retain any proof of postage should we need to contact you regarding this.
The cost of returning undamaged items are your responsibility.
