We have developed a range of beers which starts with a light hoppy pale and finishes with a rich dark ale.

Each beer is our take on the represented style, in an attempt to produce a range of reliable, enjoyable and refreshing beers.

OUR FLAGSHIP IPA

Drop has been with us since the very beginning. As one of our debut beers we were looking to create a reliable, dependable session pint with a nice hoppy aroma with a smooth bitter finish. Once we did, we knew we had to keep it!

A Smoother Companion

Drift is Drop’s twin beer, released in the early days and originally concocted on a home-brew kit. The goal was to make a smoother, sweeter, less hop driven beer. The result is a mellow golden ale with notes of biscotti.

FROM COLOGNE WITH LOVE

Lager meaning ‘storeroom’ in German required a storage period at 6-8 degrees. A Kolsch style is warm fermented, unlike most lagers. This results in a straw-coloured beer with a distinctive lemony and malt flavour.

THE BAVARIAN INFLUENCE

Wave was derived from the inspiration of Bavarian brewing. Much experimentation was required in timing the bittering hops to create a beer with a sweet banana taste at the start and smooth wheaty finish. It has since been heralded as a marvellous representation of Bavarian brewing.

INTO THE DEEP

A nautical measurement of depth, Fathom is the epitome of a dark beer. Created to include porter and stout enthusiasts, it has won an award each year since the brewery began. Distinct style with more depth of character. With a mere 4% it is no wonder this is a firm favorite.
